🔄 Returns & Cancellations

For standard products:

• Returns accepted within a defined period if unused and in original condition
• Refunds processed once the item is inspected
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

For custom-built products:

• Cancellations are not possible once production has started
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of manufacture
