Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • “Seller”, “we”, “us” means the business supplying the goods.
  • “Buyer”, “you” means the customer purchasing the goods (business or consumer).
  • “Goods” means machinery attachments supplied by us, including standard and custom built items.
  • “Contract” means the agreement formed when we accept your order.
  • “Specification” means any description, drawing, measurement, or technical detail relating to the goods.

2. Basis of Contract

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
  • Quotations are invitations to treat and not binding until confirmed in writing.
  • The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any order, machine details, or specifications provided.
  • These Terms apply to all sales and override any terms the Buyer seeks to impose.

3. Price & Payment

    • Prices are as stated in our quotation or order confirmation.
    • Prices may change due to material cost fluctuations; we will notify you before acceptance.
    • Payment terms:

      • B2B: payment before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
      • B2C: payment in full at the time of order

  • Deposits may be required for custom built goods.
  • Late payments may incur interest at a reasonable commercial rate.

4. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery dates are estimates only.
  • Delivery is kerbside unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Buyer is responsible for safe unloading and handling of goods.
  • Risk passes to the Buyer on delivery or collection.
  • Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts or storage if collection is delayed.

5. Title (Ownership)

  • Ownership of the goods passes only when full payment is received.
  • Until then, the Buyer must store goods safely and not resell or modify them.

6. Specifications, Compatibility & Buyer Responsibilities

  • The Buyer must ensure the goods are compatible with their machinery.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete machine information supplied by the Buyer.
  • Any performance figures are estimates only.
  • Modifying the goods without our approval voids warranties.
  • Images and drawings are illustrative unless expressly confirmed as exact.

7. Inspection & Acceptance

  • The Buyer must inspect goods within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Any damage or defects must be reported promptly with photos.
  • If no issues are reported, the goods are deemed accepted.

8. Warranty

  • Standard goods carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for a defined period (e.g., 6–12 months).
  • Custom built goods may have different warranty terms.
  • Warranty excludes:
      • Wear and tear
      • Misuse, overloading, or improper installation
      • Failure to follow operating instructions
  • Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

9. Returns & Cancellations

  • Standard goods: may be returned within a reasonable period if unused and in original condition (B2C rights apply).
  • Custom goods: non returnable unless defective.
  • Buyer pays return shipping unless goods are faulty.
  • Cancellation of custom orders after production has begun may incur charges.

10. Safety & Compliance

  • The Buyer must ensure operators are trained and follow all safety instructions.
  • We are not liable for accidents arising from misuse or improper installation.
  • Goods will comply with applicable UK safety standards (e.g., UKCA/CE where required).

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as downtime or lost profits.
  • Our total liability is capped at the price paid for the goods.
  • Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, transport issues, or industrial action.

13. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
